FIRST AERO EXTENSIONS PROTOTYPE
This week we will see with Ramón Martín our first aero extensions prototype. 3D printed in house and manually finished, our goal is to check all the ergonomics to fix the general geometry and to start the laminate optimization.

FIRST SPONSORSHIP
We are proud to announce our first sponsorship and collaboration.
We work with Ramón Martin in some triathlon developments, and he will test all of our prototypes. The most important for us is not only his sport skills. In fact his personal skills are exactly as we want and totally in line with us. He is a very good competitor and the best person so, he is perfect for us.
He is a top duathlon and triathlon competitor with high bicycles skills with experience in MTB and road races.
He can mistreat the prototypes not only in terms of power, but he is able to use his handle capabilities to take the red line.
Our first collaboration is a complete handlebar combo. Ergonomics, weight savings and vibration absorption is the goal.

WHY NOT?
Why not? this phrase was the beginning of the last months work. As a bicycle enthusiastics, we have our ideas of how a bike must be.
For us, bike is synonymous of fun. It does no matter if i's a road or downhill bike, the keyword is, fun.
Actually we work in a complete workflow who allows design, calculate and build custom frames with as cost reduction as possible but with the lates technologies as composites or 3D printing in mind. In fact all this new technologies are the key to the goal.
At this moment, we work in a road frame, a cross-montercross (700x35c and 27.5 50c compatible) and a tri complete frameset (with handlebar and seatpost).
In parallel, we have some initial studies for hardtail and full suspension MTB framesets with alternatives suspension systems.
Time to CAD, FEA and prototyping...
For us, bike is synonymous of fun. It does no matter if i's a road or downhill bike, the keyword is, fun.

After months and months of hard work it's time to say... yes, we can! :-).
We have been working with some enterprises and particulars and we can say that we can offer projects from first idea to final product.
Some of our projects have been for z-garaje and his BMW Khan, and some internal projects as the bicycle line or our first watch.
We are working with all the new technologies as the composites and 3D printing. For us, the real revolution is the 3D printing new era and the "lattice" structures.
We are working in the composites and lattice structures who serve to dissipate energy. For us, this kind of structures will be great in terms of strength to weight ratio but, also in terms of vibration absorb and frequency damping. All of this ideas are being using to design bicycle components who improves the ride.
